WHAT IS MY CANDLE MADE OF?

Hekate’s Flames’ candles are made of 100% clean burning, vegan soy wax that is locally sourced. Our fragrances and dyes are non-allergenic, and fully traceable. We don’t use any additives or any toxic materials in our candles.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Your order will be shipped within 2 days of ordering for plain candles, and 4 days for sigil candles. This is because sigils take a bit longer to create and carve into your candle. We ship all orders reliably via Evri. Once your order is shipped, it will take up to 5 business days to deliver.

EASY RETURNS

If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us at info@hekatesflames.co.uk with pictures of the damage to request a partial refund.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We don’t currently ship outside of the UK & Northern Ireland due to customs regulations and long delivery times within the EU and USA.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you your unique tracking reference. You’ll then be able to track your order on Evri’s website.

WHY ARE THERE WHITE SPECkS ON MY CANDLE?

Those little white specks on your candle are called “frosting,” and are a natural sign of pure, 100% soy wax with no additives. Since soy wax is plant-based, it can sometimes form tiny crystal patterns as it cools - this is totally normal for handmade candles! Frosting doesn’t affect how your candle burns or smells; it’s just part of the charm of using natural, eco-friendly ingredients. Each candle is unique, just like the intentions you set when you light it!

HOW LONG CAN I BURN MY CANDLE FOR?

Your candle will come with specific burning instructions, so please read those carefully. Never burn your candle for longer than 2 hours to avoid pooling of wax. Always burn your candle on a fireproof dish away from children and pets. Trim your wick back to 2.5cm every time you put your candle out.
